There is a two day minimum rental fee of $135.00 per day with a cleaning fee of $60.00. There are three bedrooms with a queen size hid-a-bed in the family room and two large bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR and a DVD in the den. The Master Suite has french doors leading to a very private and secluded patio with lounge,chairs and umbrella table and a portable fire pit. The master suite also has a jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Fresh filtered/distilled water is available from a cold dispenser. A double car garage is found in the front of the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and eating utensils’, microwave, stove and conventional oven. Special weekly and monthly rates are available by contacting us by phone or e-mail.
